Is ATLAS free to use?
Browsing is free. You pay only when you subscribe to a coach, at the price shown on their page.
How do I pay my coach?
Directly — by InstaPay or a mobile wallet, from the payment screen in the app, which shows exactly where to send it. Don't arrange payment in chat: payments made through the payment screen have a record and a way to dispute them.
How are coaches checked?
Before a coach is listed, a person at ATLAS checks their national ID against a photo of them holding it, and looks at their certificates.
What happens after I pay?
You tell the app you've paid, the coach confirms it arrived, and your subscription starts. If the money never arrived or something goes wrong, report it in the app and a person will look into it.
